 VIKING NOVELS UK

Viking Novels were a UK based publication from 1956 through to 1958 and were published in Manchester by World Distributors.

They had many different genres like most UK publications and handled all the usual styles popular around this time - War, Westerns, Crime & Adventure some came in Giant edition form (thicker paperbacks) but most in the usual thin based format paperback style!

On occasion they used Popular Novels USA editions and just replaced the Viking Colophon over the Popular Novels mark!
